Fostering an inclusive living environment is going to require a location that allows our members to efficiently access local transportation to their place of employment/school and neighboring business establishments. The development will likewise need to be readily accessible to the Tampa Bay community to encourage engagement in our coffee shop, fitness center, daycare, and programming. Another objective is to build professional alliances granting the use of The Hive facilities for nearby businesses and their staff and creating potential partnerships for jobs for individuals with disabilities living at The Hive. To truly establish inclusion, we must be intentional with our location.
