The Hive Inclusive Community is thrilled to have 4 designers.

Aarushi Pratap is an autistic fashion designer, visual artist, and neurodiversity advocate celebrated for her whimsical prints, bold colors, and eye-catching designs that blend contemporary style with vintage inspiration. Known for her playful yet sophisticated aesthetic, Aarushi’s creations reflect her vibrant imagination and her unique way of experiencing the world.

Aarushi presented her very first collection at the inaugural Hive fashion show fundraiser in 2023 and this year will be her fourth appearance.

Her work has been showcased on some of the most exciting runways, including New York Fashion Week (2025), Tampa Bay Fashion Week (2023, 2024, 2025). In 2026, she was recognized as a Barbie Role Model by Mattel for the launch of the first Autistic Barbie.

Designing clothes since the age of 13, Aarushi found fashion and art to be her true language—one that helped her connect, be seen, and share her authentic voice.

Inspired by the beauty in everyday life—marine life, nature, patterns, and textures—Aarushi’s designs are playful, bold, and colorful, transcending traditional fashion boundaries. She is based in Tampa, Florida. Follow Aarushi at her website.

Anna Avery of Dressed in Dreams Designs is a fashion designer and artist from the Tampa Bay area. She is known for her funk, funky, colorful clothing and a love for patchwork. With a focus on sustainability, she uses reclaimed materials to give each design its own unique spin. Anna is never afraid to share her newest project and has amassed millions of views across social media platforms (@iamdressedindreamsdesigns).
